ID documents and social security numbers deserve more than a binder in the site container.
WORK-ID stores sensitive personnel data. That's why separation, encryption and traceability are built in from the start – not bolted on later.
Documents stored in the EU
Documents, photos and logos are kept in storage with EU data residency. The database runs in Western Europe.
Social security numbers encrypted
Social security numbers are stored encrypted with AES-GCM. Passwords only as a hash (PBKDF2).
Companies strictly separated
Every company has its own workspace. Only what you explicitly share by site code is shared.
Inspector links that expire
Inspection folders are valid for 24 hours and for one site only. Revocable, every access is logged.
Complete history
Who created, changed, viewed or deleted what and when – filterable and exportable.
No constant tracking
Location only at check-in, no movement profiles. Workers only see their own data.
Permissions enforced on the server
Owner, office, site manager, read only or custom – every request is checked on the server.
AI only with consent
The AI import only starts after explicit confirmation. The data sheet is then sent to an AI service.
Delete means delete
People, companies, files or the whole workspace – irreversible steps only with password confirmation.
